CHicken & Salsa Crockpot / Slow Cooker Recipe

This is one of my go-to recipes when I run out of ideas. It’s so easy & I always have everything on hand. It can be served over rice as pictured, or in a taco with your favorite taco fix-ins. Another option is to wrap it up in lettuce for a good healthy low-carb meal. You can also whatever chicken you have on hand. If using fresh chicken, only cook about 4 hours.
Ingredients
  • 6 to 8 Chicken Breasts Frozen
  • 1 Jar Salsa
Instructions
  1. – Put frozen Chicken in crock-pot.
  2. – Cover with salsa.
  3. – Cook on high heat 6 to 8 hours.
  4. – Shred with fork & serve

    I make this for busy nights. Sometimes I pre-cook it & have it ready in the freezer.
