Pure Mango Strawberry Banana Smoothie

● 1 frozen mango

● 225 grams of frozen strawberries

● 1 frozen of banana

● 60- 237 ml of yogurt or almond milk—depends on your preferences

● Ice cubes


1. Put all ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth—more or less for 30-45 seconds.

2. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add ice cubes.

3. That’s it, you can immediately enjoy your smoothie or store it in the refrigerator, for maximum two days (but we don’t recommend that).

● 120 ml of vanilla almond milk

● 115 grams of frozen pineapple

● 115 grams of frozen mango

● 60 ml of coconut yogurt

Strawberry – banana layer

● 120 ml of vanilla almond milk

● 115 grams of frozen strawberries

● 1 frozen banana

● 60 ml of coconut yogurt

● Shredded coconut—optional


1. Combine the mango pineapple layer in a blender, blend until smooth (about 30 seconds).

2. Pour the mixture into 2 glasses and put in the freezer.

3. Rinse out the blender, or you can use another blender. Put the ingredients pf the strawberry banana layer in the blender and blend until smooth.

4. Take out the 2 glasses of pineapple mango smoothie from the freezer and pour the strawberry banana smoothies on top of pineapple mango layer.

● 225 grams of frozen strawberries

● 1 mango

● 1 banana

● 2 teaspoon of chia seeds

● 237 ml of Greek yogurt

● 1 teaspoon of ground ginger

● 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

● Ice cubes


1. Blend mango, strawberry, banana, yogurt, cinnamon, ground ginger, and one teaspoon of chia seed in a high-speed blender. Blend it until smooth, for about 30-45 seconds.

2. Add ice cubes and blend again for about 20 seconds.

3. Sprinkle chia seeds for toppings.
